Knead the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.

Soak the Akkawi cheese to remove excess salt, then mix it with a little mozzarella cheese.

Grease a baking tray with a little oil. Shape the dough into small round discs and place them on the tray. Sprinkle the cheese mixture, sesame seeds, nigella seeds, sliced olives, and tomato slices on top. Bake in the oven until golden and cooked through. Enjoy!
