Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlsoaked and grinded moong dal
  2. 1 bowlboiled and mashed potato
  3. 1 spoongrated ginger
  4. 2-3green chilli chopped
  5. 1 cupbread crumbs
  6. 2 spooncournflour
  7. 1 cuponion finely chopped
  8. 1/2 spoonchat masala
  9. 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  10. 1/2 spoondhania powder
  11. Salt as per taste
  12. 2 spoonchopped coriander leaves
  13. Oil for shallow frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients mentioned above accept oil and make a dough.

  2. 2

    Give a shape of kebab and coated with bread crumbs.

  3. 3

    Now heat a tawa put 2 spoon oil and placed kebab on it.

  4. 4

    Turn the kebab another side and put 2 spoon oil.

  5. 5

    Fry both sides till golden brown colour.

  6. 6

    Enjoy kababs with chutney or sauce.
