  • 1/2tuber Yam
  • Red oil
  • Salt
  • cubesStock
  • Crayfish
  • Grinded pepper
  • Onion
  • Uziza

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and slice the yam.add up all the ingredients written above except and cover to boil.

  2. 2

    After 15minutes stir with a wooden spartular and boil for another 5minutes.by now the porriage must have formed.

  3. 3

    Slice the uziza leaves and pour in stir and is done.
