Steps

Make a paste of onion,tomato ginger and garlic

Heat oil in a pan add jeera seeds and bay leaf to temper

Now add the onion and capsicum cubes,saute adding salt and turmeric powder

Add the paste saute well adding red chilli Powder

Add paneer cubes and cover

Allow it to simmer for a while

Add kadhai masala powder and sugar

Garnish it with slitted green chilli and kasuri methi

Serve it with chapati or paratha
