Ingredients

25 minutes
3 servings
  1. 300 grampaneer cut into cubes
  2. 1onion boiled
  3. 1capsicum cubed
  4. 1tomato boiled
  5. 1/2onion cubed
  6. 2green chillies slitted
  7. 1 tablespoonkadhai masala
  8. 1 teaspoonkashmiri mirch powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  10. To tastesalt and sugar
  11. As neededoil
  12. 1 teaspoonjeera seeds
  13. 1bay leaf
  14. 1 teaspoongarlic paste
  15. 1 teaspoonkasuri methi

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Make a paste of onion,tomato ginger and garlic

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan add jeera seeds and bay leaf to temper

  3. 3

    Now add the onion and capsicum cubes,saute adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add the paste saute well adding red chilli Powder

  5. 5

    Add paneer cubes and cover

  6. 6

    Allow it to simmer for a while

  7. 7

    Add kadhai masala powder and sugar

  8. 8

    Garnish it with slitted green chilli and kasuri methi

  9. 9

    Serve it with chapati or paratha
