2raw mangoes cut into slices
1 teaspoonmustard seeds
1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil in a pan and temper mustard seeds

Add mango slices and saute

Now add salt and turmeric powder and cover
4

As the mango gets soft add sugar and mix well

Boil it and switch off when it becomes thick
