Boil hot water soak tomatoes and tamarind in hot water

Grind cumin seeds,coriander seeds,red chillies,pepper corns well

Then in earthenware vessels add oil and grinded ingredients and saute well then add tomato puree into and allow to boil for 5 minutes then finally add salt and curry leaves
