Ingredients

15-20 minutes
3 servings
  • 3/4 cupdeseeded and sliced khajur
  • 2 tbspfinely chopped akhrot
  • For The Custard
  • 2 1/4 cupscold milk
  • 2 tbspcustard powder
  • 2 1/2 tbspsugar

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Combine the milk, custard powder and sugar in a deep non-stick pan, mix well using a whisk and cook on a medium flame for 10 minutes,while stirring continuously. Make sure no lumps are formed. And Allow the mixture to cool completely.

    Combine the custard, dates and walnuts in a deep bowl and mix well.Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour and serve chilled.
