Wash and soak the beans overnight.

In the morning drain and cook until bean are soft and mashed.

Pressure cook until 1 whistle than switch off

Drain beans and let it cool down for sometime,mashed with potato masher.

Now grind the oats now mix all above ing. onion,beans oats,bellpeppers. lemon juice, all masala's mint, dhanya mix nicely

Make a patty help of your palm 1/2"cm thick

Shallow fry the bean kababs both sides until golden.Yummy,tasty, kabab us ready to serve

Serve hot with mint curd dip
