Heat little thee in kadhai and temper with whole cumin & ginger, green chilli chop.

Add all grated vegetables along with salt and cook.

Bring out the mixture and mix well with other ingredients.

Now divide the dough into four balls, stuff the ball with grated cheese and make it flat.

Gently shallow fry it on tawa till golden brown.

Serve hot with mint chutney and lachaa salad.
