Ingredients

  • 1 bowlbasmati rice
  • 1onion (cut into long slice)
  • 1tomato finally chopped
  • 1green chilli
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chilli powder
  • 1 spoonMaggi masala
  • 1 cupSoya chunks (boiled with water for 5mins)
  • 1/4 tspCumin seeds

Steps

    Boiled the rice

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a fry pan.add cumin seeds,onion,tomato and all the masals or maggi masal also.

  3. 3

    Now add rice and boiled soya chunks and mix well.serve it
