Eggless chocolate cake without oven

Melt dark chocolate with warm milk and keep aside

Take cooker/ kadhayi/ or a big open utensil....put some salt in it.....and a stand. Cover it and on low flame...let it be preheated

Take maida, powder sugar,baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder

Sleeves all the dry ingredients twice

In a mixing bowl take the melted chocolate,curd,butter,oil..mix it well

Add the dry ingredients....to the batter of melted chocolate and make the batter to a pourning contensancy....batter should not be in running contensancy...it should be of folding form when pour to tin

Grease the cake tin with butter..and make a Dusting of maida

Pour the batter to the tin..... Tap the tin put the tin to the preheated utensil....cover it...and let it be on low flame for 30 to 35 min

After 30 to 35 min check by knife if it clear your cake is ready....if not then bake it for 10 min more

Let the cake cool down completely... Make 2 or 3 part.of it...apply sugar syrup to the cake part...sugar syrup will keep your cake moist

Apply whipped cream to the part of cake inside and outside if cake

Apply whipped cream over the cake.... Make design of your choice

Garnish with grated chocolate..... Your eggless chocolate cake without oven is ready
