Blanch Palak for 3 mins in boiling water. Dip in cold water & remove. Blend to a smooth paste.
(Crush little soft paneer & blend with palak for smooth & thick gravy). Heat 5gm of butter or coconut oil in a non stick pan (I have used butter). Add ajwain, chilli flakes & ginger garlic paste. Roast well till it becomes golden. Add palak paste & all dried masala. Add salt. Add little water if required. Add kasuri methi. Bring to a boil. Add paneer pieces cut in medium cubes. - 2
Cook on simmer for few mins. Add lemon juice & enjoy
