Afghan Style Egg Recipe (Breakfast)

Take a frying pan add required amount of oil, as the oil is hot add chopped onions and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add chopped potatoes close the lid and cook until soft, later add chopped tomatoes, add required amount of salt and black pepper, wait until tomato gets mashed.

Add the Eggs Separately without beating it. Close the lid for 2 minutes.

Garnish it with green chillies and coriander leaves.

Serve it HOT
