Masala Pav
This recipe is made from left Pavs/Buns of Pavbhaji.
Steps

Cut Pavs in small size.

Take oil in kadai and add finely chopped onions, fry till translucent. Add finely chopped shimla mirch, fry till cooked.

Add finely chopped tomatoes and green chilies and fry for 2/3 minutes.
- 4
Add Paubhaji masala, haldi and salt to it, saute till masalas are mixed and separates oil.

Once the masalas are ready, add cutted pau to it and saute for 2/3 minutes by mixing it nicely. Serve hot in snack time or @ breakfast.
