  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. 1carrot, diced and peeled
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. 1/2cucumber, thinly diced
  5. Drizzle olive oil

    Boil your rice, and carrots together with salt too

  2. 2

    Then once it has cooked drain water

  3. 3

    Drizzle olive oil and pour the cucumber and cover the pot.

  4. 4

    Serve your rice with beef stew.
