Milk Bread
In pursuit of cutting down on store bought breads.
Steps

Mix dry ingredients

Add the milk bit by bit to form dough.

Cover with cling film or damp towel to rise.
- 4
Roll to desired size ad place in bread tin - oiled/dusted or lined with baking sheet. For second proofing.
- 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 deg for 30-40mins or until browned (if its getting darker cover with foil).
