250 gmKachha aam
100 gmSugar
1 tspCardemom powder
1 tspOil

Peel and grade mango, add oil in a pan add grated mango and stir continuously till it cooked well.

Add sugar and mix well. Cook till it gets thick now add cardamom powder and mix. Let it cool.

Fill it in a clean and dry glass jar. Store and enjoy.
