In a bowl, take rava, curd, salt and whisk.

Add water and keep it aside for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, prepare the tadka with oil, mustard seeds, cumin, chillies, chopped coriander and add it to the batter.

Adjust the consistency of the batter with water

Grease the moulds with oil.

In a steamer, keep in the microwave for 3 minutes.

Serve with hot Sambhar and coconut chutney.
