Steps

Peel and cut beetroot in small pieces. Blend it and make puree.

Mix puree with wheat flour add salt and make a dough. Cover and keep aside for 10 -15 Min.

Take small portion and roll like a poori.

Heat oil in a pan add poori and fry them from both sides.

Serve hot with sabji and achar.
