Steps

Heat a non stick pan add oil till hot add ginger garlic sauté till raw smell goes off

Add onion till golden brown add curry leaves and tomato purée all dry spices sauté till oil separate

Add little water make a thick gravy
- 4
Now make eight pieces of eggs put eggs in a gravy for 2-3 minutes just in mix masalas other wise egg will be hard and garnish with coriander leaves
