Steps

Bring a clean bowl

Add the warm water in the bowl

Add the dry yeast and stir until it dissolved

Add the milk,cinnamon,honey, salt and stir again

Add the flour slowly and continue stirring until it’s a little thick and sticky

Knead with your two hands on a floured table

Knead until it comes out clean from the table

Put in a clean bowl and cover with a foil leave it to raise

Add the coconut flakes and knead again in a few minutes leave it to raise again

Heat your oven

Brush the the top of the raised bread with egg or honey

Put in the heated oven and bake
