Ingredients

  • 14crushed oreo cookies
  • 4 tbspbutter melted
  • 180 gmcream cheese
  • 125 gmfresh cream
  • 35 gmcastor sugar
  • 1 tbspvanilla essence
  • as neededChoco chips & few crushed oreo

Steps

  1. 1

    Scrape the cream frm biscuits & keep aside.
    Coarsely grind biscuits with butter.

    In a bowl take cheese cream & beat. Add sugar & beat.

    Add the cream scraped frm biscuit(use only of 8-9 biscuits) & beat
    Add cream & vanilla essence & mix well.

    Add choco chips & few pieces of biscuit to the mixture.

  5. 5

    In a glass 1st add mixture of grinded biscuit. Then cream mixture & keep in freezer fr 10 min.
    Then add a thin layer of biscuit. And freeze fr 2 hrs.
    Then refrigerate for 3-4 hrs. Serve chilled.
