Pesto cream chicken with mushrooms and broad beans

I added my #seasonsupply broad beans to chicken from Ruby & White, some fresh pasta and mushrooms. The sauce was a strangely delicious mix of everything left in the fridge!

I added my #seasonsupply broad beans to chicken from Ruby & White, some fresh pasta and mushrooms. The sauce was a strangely delicious mix of everything left in the fridge!
Steps

Dice the chicken breasts

Grill the chicken breast until slightly golden on both sides (turn half way). Meanwhile carry on with rest of recipe.

Pop the beans out and give them a wash
- 4
Boil pasta (see packet, mine was 12 mins). Add broad beans when 3 minutes remaining

Slice mushrooms and finely chop garlic. Fry with a little olive oil until soft.

Add chicken and sauce ingredients to mushroom pan. Stir and heat through until everything is hot.

Serve on pasta. Add some cheese on top!
