Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfine semolina
  2. as neededGhee
  3. 4 cupWater (warm)
  4. Pinchcardamom

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok, saute semolina till get golden,add weter and stirr it.

  2. 2

    Sturr untillnit thick.

  3. 3

    Add sugar to taste.

  4. 4

    Add cardamom.sturr, switch off gass.

  5. 5

    Serve hot.
