Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 tspbicarbonate
  • 1 tbsmilk
  • 1 cupicing sugar
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 1/2 cupflour
  • Essence
  • 1 tspginger /Cinnamon (optional)
  • 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients except the flour and icing sugar into a good smooth mixture

  2. 2

    Gradually add flour into the mixture until soft maliable dough.

  3. 3

    Roll into small balls and bake

  4. 4

    Toss in bowl of icing sugar once cooled and serve
