Steps

Cut baingan,potatoes into small pieces.

Heat oil in a wok add cumin when crackle add chopped onion and saute it.

Now add chopped tomato and spices saute till leave the oil.

Now add baingan and potatoes and mix it well.

Cover and cook on low flame till soft the veggies.

Now add garam masala and serve with roti.
