Cut paneer in small cubes. Take a pan & add 1 tbsp oil or ghee. Add ginger garlic paste. Add finely chopped onion & cook it till golden brown. Add diced or chopped tomatoes. Add salt & dry spices. Cook till ghee leaves sides. Add water (as much required) & paneer, dried methi leaves & coriander leaves. Add cream. Cook for 5 mins on slow & enjoy
