Steps

Place custard powder in a bowl.

Add milk gradually & whisk to get a smooth mixture.

Pour the mixture into a deep non-stick pan & cook, strring till thick.

Add sugar & mix. Switch off the heat & let it cool slightly.Mix the whipped cream.

Peel & cut the mango into slices.

Add mango puree to the custard & mix well. Pour it into a bowl & chill in a refrigerator.

Garnish with mango slices (give a rose shape) & with nuts.

Serve chilled.
