Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 8 ozChicken breast boiled and diced
  2. 8 ozMacaroni elbow pasta
  3. 2med red apples Peeled and diced
  4. 4 ozCanned sweet peas optional
  5. 4 ozmayo
  6. 4 ozsour cream
  7. to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Fill a big pot with water add a little oil and boil it and then add pasta

    Cook pasta till tender but firm And drain

    Once pasta is Cool mix all ingredients together salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate for an hour or two. Enjoy makes 6 to 8 servings
