Make the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.

Prepare the meat by mixing it with the remaining ingredients.

Roll out the dough and cut it into small circles, according to the desired size.

Fold each circle from four sides to form a square shape.

Grease the bottom of a baking tray with oil, place the dough squares on the tray, and fill them with the meat mixture.

Bake in the oven until the bottoms are golden and the tops are browned.

You can serve it with hummus with tahini.
