Ingredients

  1. 1/2 CupApple Juice
  2. 3 ClovesGarlic, minced
  3. 1 tspGround Ginger
  4. 1/4 tspRed Pepper Flakes
  5. 1/3 CupLight Brown Sugar, packed
  6. 2Tblsp Ketchup
  7. 1/4 CupSoy Sauce
  8. 1Tblsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  9. 2 lbsChicken, cut up
  10. 3Green Onion, sliced
  11. Thickening
  12. 6Tblsp Milk
  13. 1Tblsp Corn Starch

Cooking Instructions

    Prep and place juice, garlic, ginger, pepper flakes, brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, and chicken in large mixing bowl. Stir to combine thoughly.

    Heat large skillet over medium heat.

    Pour contents of bowl into heated skillet. Cover and simmer until Chicken is fully cooked.

    In a small bowl mix six tablespoons milk with one tablespoon corn starch. Evenly drizzle milk mixture over chicken. Stir gently to combine. Allow to sauce to thicken.

    Toss with green onions.

    Serve over rice, rice noodles, potatoes, or as a side.
