Dhokla in idli version stuffed with cheezee rice patty

In a bowl add gram flour, suji,curd,salt,sugar,tartaric.mix well and keep aside for 15 min.

In another bowl add cooked rice, coriander leave,onion, oragano, chilli flakes, corn flour grated cheez and sweet corns.

Mix (mash) all nicely..

Now take a small portion from this mixture in ur palm.. spread and press lightly..Now place a small cheese cube inside it.

Make a ball first and then give it a patty shape

In a fring pan fry all patties and keep aside

In a dhokla mixture add baking soda..And mix well

Now grease a idli maker plate.first place green chilli(leanth wise cut) and pour 1 tbsp dhokla mixture... keel one patty press lightly and again pour dhokla mixture over it

Cook for 15 to 20 min.on steam.

Serve with green chutney and sause.
