Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 kggrated lauki
  • 4 spoonbesan,
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tspTurmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp degi red chilli,
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp powder coriander
  • 2onions finally chopped
  • 4mashed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp garlic ginger paste
  • as neededcoriander leaves

  1. 1

    Stain out all the water from grated lauki

  2. 2

    Add besan,red chilli,turmeric powder,ajawain

  3. 3

    Mix well &make small round shape of the mixture

  4. 4

    Deep fry in oil until they become brown

  5. 5

    In a nonstick pan,heat 1sp oil &add chopped onions,ginger garlic paste,when they become brown add Desi red chilli & Turmeric powder,mix well

  6. 6

    Add mashedTomatoes& saute them until the mixture leaves oil

  7. 7

    Pour 1glass of water,when it getsboil put the koftas of lauki in it

  8. 8

    Garnish with coriander powder,garam masala & coriander leaves

  9. 9

    Serve hot with chappati
