Steps

Wash and soak rajma beans overnight in good amount of water.
Next morning, Don't drain the water. In the same water/rajma, Add some salt and pressure cook. - 2
After 1 whistle, reduce flame to sim, and let it cook for 30 minutes. Keep aside for half an hour.

In a pressure pan, heat oil, add zeera to crackle.
Add onion, green chillies, ginger and garlic cloves. Stir fry till onions are turning golden. - 4
Add tomatoes, cover and cook till tomatoes turn mushy.
Add turmeric, chilli powder, dhania powder, garam masala, salt to taste. Mix well. - 5
Add Rajma along with cooked stock. Add some water if necessary, so as to get a good gravy consistency.

Cover and pressure cook for 2 whistles. Switch of the gas and let it rest for 15-20 minutes before opening the lid.

Give it a good mix, Garnish with coriander leaves, and serve hot with rice or rotis.
