Steps

Heat oil deep fry the potatoes with salt and turmeric powder

Remove it and temper cumin seeds,bay leaf and whole garam masala

Add ginger and saute well adding red chilli powder,salt and turmeric powder

Add potatoes and mix it with the masala along with the tomato puree

Finally add sugar and green chillies
- 6
Serve it with roti or chapati
