Ingredients

  1. 200 gmsOats flour (Grind oats to a fine powder)
  2. 200 gmsbroccoli blanched and ground to a paste
  3. 200 gmscane sugar
  4. 1 tspbaking powder
  5. 100 gmscocoa powder
  6. 100 gmschopped dark chocolate
  7. 100 gmswalnuts chopped
  8. 1 cupcurd
  9. 200 mlolive oil
  10. 1 tspvanilla essence
  11. 1 pinchsalt

    Heat oven to 180 degree Celsius, line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. 2

    Grind oats to a fine powder, mix the baking powder, salt, cocoa powder and set aside. In a grinder take blanched broccoli, curd, oil and cane sugar and grind to a smooth paste.

  3. 3

    Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. Add the vanilla essence and stir well. Add the walnuts / chocochips to the batter and some on top and bake for 30-40 minutes till the top is set. Set
    aside to cool. Cool in the fridge overnight and cut into pieces.
