Brownies made with oats , brocolli and cane sugar , a healthy and super fudgy treat for your kids.
Steps

Heat oven to 180 degree Celsius, line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.

Grind oats to a fine powder, mix the baking powder, salt, cocoa powder and set aside. In a grinder take blanched broccoli, curd, oil and cane sugar and grind to a smooth paste.

Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. Add the vanilla essence and stir well. Add the walnuts / chocochips to the batter and some on top and bake for 30-40 minutes till the top is set. Set
aside to cool. Cool in the fridge overnight and cut into pieces.
