Steps

Wash and cook kheema in a cooker with required water and Salt, for two to three whistles. Let it cool.
- 2
Heat oil in a kadaai. Fry onion and chilli, add sliced tomato(or tomato puree) as soon as onion turns golden brown. Once the raw smell of tomato goes and it gets cooked completely, add salt and let it cool. Once cooled, make a paste of this.

Heat 1tsp oil in a kadaai, fry cashews. Add the onion tomato paste once cashews are golden brown, and fry till it leaves oil. Once it leaves oil, add kheema(strain excess water)

- 5
Add fresh coriander before serving. Serve hot.
