2 tablespoonpoppy seeds paste
1dry red chilli
2green chillies chopped
1/2 teaspoonnigella seeds
1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil temper nigella seeds and dry red chilli

Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Cover it keeping on low heat
4

Add poppy seeds paste and green chillies
5

Add sugar mix well and switch off the heat
