50 gsugar
1/2 teaspoonmustard seed
1/4 teaspoonpanch foron
1 teaspoonmustard oil
as per tasteSalt

Pills the mango and cut it pieces

Take a kadai and heat oil in it

Temper muster seed and panch foron

And add mango in it and saute a little

Add sugar and some water

When mangoes are well cooked put it out of the pan

Serve it with boiled rice
