Take a pan heat it now put ghee and add bay leaf, clove, crushed black and green cardamon, Stir it

Now put sugar and 1 cup of water and cook till sugar is dissolved and get one string consistency Now add orange food colour and saffron and mix it well

Now add rice,cardamom powder and cook on low flame for few minutes

When rice and sugar syrup are completely mixed together then turn off the flame and add nutmeg powder and mix with it

Now mash fresh paneer and add sugar powder on the mashed paneer and mix it

Take a bowl put some rice and press it and put some paneer mixture on it. add another layer of chopped pista and layer it once again with paneer and another layer of rice on top of it and press it

Now unmold the rice of serving dish

Now Paneer keshriya rice is ready

Garnish with mashed paneer and chopped pistas
