Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlgram flour
  2. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1 tspchat masala
  5. Pinchhing
  6. To tastesalt
  7. For fryingOil
  8. 1 bowlcauliflower

Steps

  1. 1

    Add besan, red chilli, chat masala, turmeric and salt in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Add enough water make a pakoda batter.

  3. 3

    Dip cauliflower in a batter.

  4. 4

    Heat oil..Deep fry the pakodas till golden in colour.

  5. 5

    Serve with sauce.
