Mix all the dry ingredients and add oil and mix it well.

Now add water to dough to knead it.

The dough should be tight and stiff

After the dough is ready, cover it and set it aside for 15 mins.

Now make small balls from the dough and roll it with the rolling pin.

Heat the oil in a kadaai and fry the puris on a medium flame.

Don't over fry the puris, just remove the puris after it gets the light brown colour.

You can now serve the crispy puris with tea.
