Ingredients

  1. 250 gmSuji(semolina)..
  2. 3 tbspsSugar..
  3. 3-4 tbspGhee
  4. Water..As required
  5. 1/4tspnCardmon powder
  6. 2tbspMalai -
  7. Chopped dry fruits as per ur choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast the suji

  2. 2

    Heat ghee on wok add suji Stir till it golden brown add sugar mix add water mix well make sure lumps are not created.

  3. 3

    When mixture turn to thick add malai and cardmom powder mix well.Turnoff gas stove add chopped nuts..Ready to Serve

  4. 4

    Decorate in ur own style
