Ingredients

  • 250 gmSuji(semolina)..
  • 3 tbspsSugar..
  • 3-4 tbspGhee
  • Water..As required
  • 1/4tspnCardmon powder
  • 2tbspMalai -
  • Chopped dry fruits as per ur choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast the suji

  2. 2

    Heat ghee on wok add suji Stir till it golden brown add sugar mix add water mix well make sure lumps are not created.

  3. 3

    When mixture turn to thick add malai and cardmom powder mix well.Turnoff gas stove add chopped nuts..Ready to Serve

  4. 4

    Decorate in ur own style
