Vegetable masala maggi

Heat oil in khadai.

add green chilli onion, carrot, cabbage, carrot, capsicum.

Add tomato and saute till they turn soft.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder. saute for a minute on low flame.

Add 2 cups of water. Boil it.

Add sachets maggi masal and salt.

Boil it. Now add maggi noodles.

Cook till the noodels absorb water and gets cooked completely.

Now spread chaat masala and green coriander.
