30 minutes
6 servings
  1. 3 cupsrice
  2. 1large onion, chopped
  3. 3 tablespoonsoil
  4. Sprinkle parsley
  5. 1 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1jug or litre of water

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry onion until soft

  2. 2

    Rinse rice and add to the onion pot and stir

  3. 3

    Then add water and salt

  4. 4

    Cook it on medium heat

  5. 5

    When cooked sprinkle with parsley
