Steps

Mash the khoya and roast it in a deep pan medium heat for few minutes.

Take off the heat tranfer into bowl and let it cool.

Add powder sugar (bhurra) and cardmon powder and mux properly.
- 4
Grease paln with ghee take each portion of khoya mixture and shape then into ladoos.
- 5
Coat the prepared ladoos with powder sugar (bhuraa)
