For pakoda:-Take a bowl add onion salt to taste red chilli powder, besan and mix well,add little little water to it and mix well..it should b little thick portion..

Then take a pan add oil.. Then pour ball size pakodas in oil first fry it slightly on slow flame then take it out..do the same procedure with other pakodas...

Then secondly fry the pakodas on high flame until it turns to golden brown..

Your pakodas r ready...

For kadhi:-.. Take a bowl add besan and buttermilk and mix it well..

Take a kadhai add oil, mustard seeds,cumin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, garlic paste turmeric powder, red chilli powder saute for a minute..then add mixture of besan and buttermilk.. Add water if required.. Then add salt to taste sugar then let it boil on medium flame for 5mins...

Then add your ready pakodas and stir it for 2mins..then cover the pan with lid and switch off the flame.let it be covered with 7-8mins.

Your pakoda kadhi is ready to served
