Ingredients

  1. 1 litremilk
  2. 1small bowl rice (soaked)
  3. 1 bowlsugar or as per ur taste
  4. few drops of red colour
  5. few drops of rose essence
  6. 2 tbsppistachios - chopped
  7. 2 tbspcashewnuts - chopped
  8. 2-3 tspmelon seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk in heavy bottom pan.

  2. 2

    When milk gets boil, add rice.

  3. 3

    Cook on slow to medium flame.

  4. 4

    When it gets thick, add sugar and dry fruits.

  5. 5

    Cook it for 5-10 minutes.

  6. 6

    Mix red colour.

  7. 7

    Switch off the gas and mix essence.

  8. 8

    Garnish with dry fruits and rose petals.

  9. 9

    Serve chilled.
